Joomla Bliss provides the following website maintenance services with a maintenance agreement:
- Conduct upgrades to the latest Joomla version, provided the client adheres to our recommendations of when to undertake such upgrades (not every successive major version is good to upgrade to)
- Conduct security upgrades
- Conduct necessary components and plugin upgrades
- Consultation and guidance on the use of the website
- Maintain a full backup of website (frequency is subject to SLA level)
- Minor content updates (minor updates are those not exceeding more than 50% of the content on any single site page) in cases where the end client has difficulties doing it on their own
- Diasater recovery assistance (additional fees may apply, depending on the severity of the problem and the amount of time required to resolve it).
- After-hours support for emergencies and major issues (subject to SLA)
- Status updates as well as follow up calls and emails
We have three Service Level Agreement (SLA) options which can be signed for six or twelve months: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Please contact us to discuss the details.
