Anna Tulchinsky, Project Manager
PMP, Ph.D. Candidate, Linguistics & Literature
Anna is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in Web Development spanning various industries. She is a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expert, specializing in lead generation and web-based sales strategies since 2001.
In addition to her day job, Anna was also teaching two evening courses at Algonquin College: Introduction to Project Management (MGT 5164) and Contracting and Procurement (MGT 5086). In the past, from 2007 to 2012, Anna also taught Marketing Communications (PRL 5224) and Persuasion and Public Opinion (PRL 5225). Teaching keeps Anna on her toes and motivates her to stay current on the recent trends in Web Development and Marketing.

Shawn Godin is a professional software developer. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Acadia University and over 15 years of experience designing and developing web-based applications for Ottawa-based high-tech companies, Shawn handles under-the-hood component design, re-design and modifications. He is an ideal resource for complex web-based application development projects.
Ruslan Gybov, Web Designer

Ruslan is our Joomla guru. With a Bachelor's degree in IT from Kiev Polytechnical University, Ruslan handles the technical side of our Joomla website design projects. A jack of all trades, Ruslan is good at everything he sets his hands on, including graphic design. He is very creative and resourceful, and always goes an extra mile to make the client happy. Ruslan appreciates quality in all things and takes pride in his work, and that's why we are so happy to have him on our team!
Dickson Leung, Web Designer
Bachelor of Actuarial Science
Dickson is the youngest member of the Joomla Bliss team. He joined us in 2010 and already by the end of the year he proved himself indispensable. Before joining Joomla Bliss or even completing his Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Dickson began doing graphic design and programming for the web as a hobby, designing publications for youth NGO campaigns, brochures, banners, powerpoint presentations, websites, and other graphics media. What makes Dickson even more unique is that in addition to his keen graphics skills he also has a fiery passion for software; he participated in several programming projects of different types and scopes: from a university project to a software tool for a bank to custom applications for a private company. Within two years, Dickson's hobby evolved into a freelance business, and now - Joomla Bliss is thrilled to have him with us.
Anna McMillan, Graphic Designer
Anna is a graphic designer by trade. A graduate of the Seneca College, Anna joined Joomla Bliss as a freelance graphic designer in January 2013.
